4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the 7xbet platform:

Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking wallet service.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Your account must be fully verified for a withdrawal request to be completed successfully.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

All deposit and withdrawal transactions must be made using a payment method registered in the user's own name. Using a third party's payment method is prohibited.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

In the event of any suspicious transaction or fraudulent activity, 7xbet reserves the right to immediately suspend the account concerned and conduct an investigation. In cases of chargebacks or payment disputes, the account may be placed on hold temporarily.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
Deposit ৳8,000 → ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳13,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement to claim the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Importantly, wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
Bonuses can only be used to place real-money bets and cannot be withdrawn directly.
If an attempt is made to claim bonus benefits from multiple accounts, all bonuses will be cancelled.
7xbet reserves the right to modify or cancel promotion terms at any time.
Bonus funds cannot be used for account-to-account transfers.

5.4 VIP Program

7xbet's VIP program has three tiers:

Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
Silver — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active play.

Gaming Policy

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the 7xbet platform are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined through neutral Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Neither players nor 7xbet staff can artificially alter game outcomes.
